                                       Understanding the concept of manifestation

The thoughts, beliefs, and desires that an individual subconsciously holds have the potential to manifest into reality. Manifestation is defined as the power we possess as conscious beings to influence our realities through our subconscious beliefs. The concept was popularized in Rhonda Byrne’s 2006 novel, The Secret, which discusses how a person’s mind-set has direct effects on their life.

“Law of attraction” is the force that is responsible for the manifestation of our beliefs. This universal law is based on the idea that “like attracts like”, and that the energy of our subconscious beliefs will actually attract the real-life version of itself. For instance, if a person deeply believes and desires daily to have a decent job, the law of attraction cause that to happen. This happen because our mind work according to what we believe subconsciously. If an individual’s subconscious intention, is it achieve a passing score in their exam, their efforts will be limited to attaining the minimum required marks. That’s why   "To change a game, you need to change your mind-set."


 There is a direct connection between mind-set and the body. It is crucial to work on mind set, now what is mind-set? Your mind-set is the combination of your beliefs, thoughts, emotions, assumptions and attitudes.  These aren’t just your conscious thoughts and beliefs, but also what’s in your subconscious.

Your mind-set encompasses of your attitude, perception, and your place in the world, the world around you, your action and reaction. Your mind-set influences and shapes the outcomes which is why mind-set is important. For example, if a friend of yours mentions that a particular person speaks rudely, there is a chance that the next day, when that person approaches you to talk, you might either respond rudely to them or consciously avoid the conversation because you have subconsciously formed a perception that they are impolite.

Manifestation is nothing but it’s the making your mind aware from your thoughts and beliefs and working in that direction to achieve your goal. So you have to think positive, positive will happen.  The moment you convert I can’t into I can, from that very moment you have started working towards your goal.

 "Have faith in you and stop thinking how it will happen, is it possible or not, you just     need to manifest it."
